SEOvault AI Pro: Purchase, License, and Download Troubleshooting
SEOvault AI Pro is a paid WordPress add-on. It is a separate product from the SEOvault AI Web App subscription, so buying Web App credits or a Web App plan does not create a Pro plugin license.
Start in the right place
Section titled “Start in the right place”Use the product-specific settings page for Pro plugin purchases and licenses:
- Sign in to the SEOvault AI Web App.
- Open Settings > SEOvault AI Pro.
- Review licenses, choose a Pro plan, download the Pro ZIP, or open subscription management.
The free SEOvault AI SEO Plugin must be installed on your WordPress site before the Pro add-on can be used. See Install and Activate the SEOvault AI SEO Plugin.
I bought the Web App, but I expected the Pro plugin
Section titled “I bought the Web App, but I expected the Pro plugin”The products have separate checkout paths and entitlements:
- Web App — browser-based writing, analysis, and publishing tools.
- SEOvault AI Pro — paid WordPress add-on features, site activations, and the Pro plugin download.
Check your receipt and the product name before contacting support. If the receipt is for the Web App, it will not appear as a Pro plugin license.
I completed payment, but no license is visible
Section titled “I completed payment, but no license is visible”Paddle confirmation and license fulfillment can take a few seconds.
- Stay signed in to the account that completed checkout.
- Return to Settings > SEOvault AI Pro.
- Wait briefly, then reload the page.
- Confirm that the license appears under Your licenses.
If it still does not appear, verify that:
- You completed the Pro plugin checkout, not the Web App checkout.
- You are signed in with the same account used for the purchase.
- Your account email is verified.
- You did not complete payment in a different browser account or with a different login.
Do not buy again while the first purchase is still being confirmed. Contact support if the payment was captured and the license remains missing after refreshing.
I bought Pro before the new settings page existed
Section titled “I bought Pro before the new settings page existed”Older purchases may need to be recovered from the checkout email. Sign in with the same verified email address used for the original Pro purchase, then reload Settings > SEOvault AI Pro.
An unverified email cannot be used for automatic legacy purchase claiming. Verify the account email first. If the purchase was made with a different email, include the purchase email and receipt details in a support request so the team can review it securely.
The download button is unavailable
Section titled “The download button is unavailable”The Download Pro ZIP button is enabled only when the license is eligible for download and a release is available.
Check the license status:
- Active or Trial — download should be available.
- Grace period — download may remain available while renewal is resolved.
- Expired, Revoked, or Inactive — resolve the subscription or contact support before downloading.
If the button remains disabled for an active license, reload the settings page and try again. Do not share your license key publicly.
I cannot open subscription management
Section titled “I cannot open subscription management”The Manage subscription action opens Paddle’s customer management flow for the selected Pro license. Make sure:
- You are signed in to the account that owns the license.
- You select the correct license when you have more than one.
- Pop-ups are allowed for the SEOvault AI Web App.
If Paddle management still does not open, contact support with the license ID or the email used at checkout. Never include a full payment-card number.
I reached the activation limit
Section titled “I reached the activation limit”Each Pro plan has its own WordPress site activation limit. The license card shows the current number of activations and the plan limit.
If you have reached the limit:
- Review the sites using the license.
- Deactivate the plugin on a site you no longer use, if the plugin provides that option.
- Return to the Pro settings page and try the activation again.
- Choose a plan with a larger activation limit if you need more sites.
Do not create duplicate purchases to work around an activation problem. Ask support to review the license when a deactivated site still counts toward the limit.
Renewal, grace period, or expired status
Section titled “Renewal, grace period, or expired status”Pro plans use annual billing. The first-year price and renewal price are shown before checkout. A failed renewal can move a license into a grace period and later to expired or inactive status.
Open Manage subscription to update the payment method or resolve the renewal. After Paddle confirms the change, reload Settings > SEOvault AI Pro and allow a few seconds for the license status to update.
What to include in a support request
Section titled “What to include in a support request”Open the support form from Settings > Support. Include:
- The email address used at checkout
- The Pro plan name
- The license ID, if visible
- The Paddle transaction or receipt ID
- The approximate purchase date
- The exact error message
- The WordPress site URL and plugin version, when the issue involves activation
- What you already tried
Do not send passwords, full license keys, or payment-card information.
